Barky Handle rustic crochet hooks are beautiful statement pieces. They have most of their bark intact, with the head and neck carved and sanded into a perfectly smooth hook. They can be left raw (unsealed) and will naturally seal over time as handled with human hands and with the lanolin oil from working with wool. The hooks can also be sealed. I offer a natural beeswax blend seal or an heirloom quality polyurethane seal, which will provide a lifetime zero-maintenance seal for the hooks.
Refined Rustic Crochet Hooks are beautifully curated by nature. The natural tones of the wood have been sanded and buffed to full shine. Most pieces have bark elements left on, or grain spalting revealed, but the entire hook has been carved and sanded smooth. All Refined Rustics are sealed with a glossy heirloom quality polyurethane finish.
